As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you and how you can take ownership of your life and achieve the desired outcomes you deserve.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Rather than creating lists of restrictions on foods and other activities. I coach my clients to embrace a happy, healthy lifestyle using a flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline approach. I encourage exercise but believe that creating a balance between life (home, family, friends) and work is also important. I will teach you strategies and give you educational tools and support to enable you to self regulate your external stressors.
No single diet or exercise plan works for everyone. I will help you to discover the food, exercise and lifestyle choices that best suit you and to make gradual, lifelong changes empowering you to reach your health goals.
